SolvoBid does not replace or merge with other SolvoOps products. Each has its own application and data boundary:

Control — platform operations and governance (separate product).
PartnerForge — partner discovery, qualification, and sourcing evidence (separate product; versioned API only).
Scope2Plan — post-award delivery baseline and change control (separate product; versioned API only).

This environment is an empty application shell for local and CI verification. No tender packs, no fake portfolios, and no production infrastructure.
